Lots to do this week

While my developer integrate the subscription module into Oscommerce, I have lots to do.

This week I need to get my initial batch of product ordered.  I am just going to place a small order, that I am fairly confident I can move in 30 days.  As the money starts coming in I will order more each time until I am at a volume that will allow for substantial discounts.  So for the near future most of the profits will go back into the business in the form of product.  This will take some careful cash management during this initial growth phase.

I also need to get our shipping supplies on hand and an account set-up at Stamps.com.  With Stamps.com you can purchase postage over the internet.  The software is cool because it prints both the postage and shipping label at one time.  Then we just have to slap in on the box and out the door it will go.

I need to get these things done by the end of the week.  There is a chance we will be ready to start our PPC campaigns next weekend!
