My last post has generated a fair amount of email, so I thought I would share some more information about the direction I have decided to head. You see this blog is all about making money - I have shared everything I have done. I am no newbie to this game, and I see the pitfalls and benefits to making money online. However, I also see so many people conned, dupped, and tricked into buying the latest and greatest "make a $10,000 per month" system - and I am tired of it.
Back to my story...it all started about 12 months ago. My Wife's hairstylist who has also been a friend of mine for about 15 years mentioned she was just getting started with a new part time business - and thought there might be a way for me to profit from it as well on the internet. I looked into it, but at the time I was still a Martell junkie, and bought his system hook-line-and sinker - I was going to make millions by writing articles - yeah right.
Over the last 12 months I have watched my friend slowly move away from styling hair - first she quit working Saturdays, then she quit working a couple more days a week. Now she just cuts hair maybe once a week for some close friends. You see, her "part time" business was spinning off enough cash that she could slowly quit cutting hair and work her "part time" gig full time! I was curious.....
Then in July she gave me a call. You see there was a guy in their company who lived in Austin, TX that was coming to Kansas City to talk to their team. He had built his entire business online - and was making huge amounts of residual income. We are talking "James Martell in his prime" kind of income every month. So I went and checked it out.
What I was introduced to was a fantastic network marketing company - and I had all my paradigms about the network marketing industry completely blown away. You see I had always thought that to build a successful network marketing business you had to constantly bug all your friends and neighbors, people would start running when they saw you coming - this is not what I wanted to do.
What I learned that night was how to combine the power of the internet with a traditional network marketing company to simply explode your business. Needless to say I saw the power of this immediately. I was at a point that I was simply tired and scared. Tired of chasing the search algo's - tired of not building a lasting business. Scared that the income my family depended on could simply vanish overnight. I wanted to train people, I wanted to help other people make money and get healthier. So I signed up.
So how has my experience been so far? Fantastic! I made a $100 in my first week. I am on track to make at least $200 in my first month. Try doing that by writing articles, getting links, etc - it just won't happen. Sure it is not $10,000 per month - but it will be some day. And the best part is that it will not simply vanish overnight when some engineer decides to flip a switch and change the algo.
What I have done is combine everything I have learned about PPC and internet marketing, along with a fantastic system that has been put in place by others on my team to produce a business plan that will not stop at the whim of Google.
Here are the facts - historically those in my company that spend an hour a day working on the business will have earned $100,000 residual within 3 years. 9 out of 10 people that work this for 10 years will be in the top earners of their companies.
I have personally met people using the exact system I am using that have replaced high five figure salaries within 3 years. The system works....
I understand this might not be for you, but what if it is? I have shared stories and visited with many of you. I have read your blogs over the last 12 months. You work hard, just like I do, but not many of us have much to show for all those hours spent in front of the computer. That is why I am making this change. It really is the best of both worlds for me and my family.
