The Power of Follow Up!

I had a prospect that had filled out a form indicating they were interested in a home based business back at the beginning of August.  I talked to this nice lady a couple of times back then, and then she kindof drifted away. 

However, my system kept emailing her information on my business about once a week.  Last Thursday - almost 3 months since my initial contact - she sent me and email that asked me to call her, because she was ready to talk.

So I called her Saturday morning - and she is ready to move forward!  Without the regular contact from my autoresponder about the business, she would have probably chosen another company to work with.

If you are selling anything, and I mean anything from ebooks to network marketing - you have to get an autoresponder and deliver high quality content at regular intervals - and you will get the sales!

Where did the Bootstrapper go? Quick Update

It has been a while since I have updated you on how things are going.  Yes, I still have my ebook sites and they are consistently kicking out a nice income.  As you are aware, I have shifted my focus to building a network marketing business for the last several months - and it is growing nicely.

Our team uses the internet extensively to build our business.  95% of my prospecting happens online, and we use the internet for the distribution of information and presentations to others that are interested in looking at the business.

So far I have signed up 11 customers that are all on autoship - this is beautiful!  Every month their order is shipped automatically, and I get the revenue.  This truely is residual income!

I have also signed up 5 new business associates, who are also beginning to build their own businesses.  So these associates are selling products, and presenting the business to others, which in turn makes me money!

Network marketing does take consistent effort, but that effort can be rewarded for a LONG time by the power of the residual income month after month.
